Its function is to ensure the premise of precision transmission, it is mainly used to reduce the speed, increase the torque and reduce the load/motor moment of inertia ratio. In order to better help users make good use of planetary reducers, this article analyzes the reasons for the broken shafts of reducers and drive motors, and introduces in detail how to correctly install planetary reducers.
电机 Correct installation, use and maintenance of the reducer is an important part of ensuring the normal operation of mechanical equipment. Therefore, when you install the NEUGART planetary reducer, please be sure to carefully assemble and use it in strict accordance with the following installation and use related matters. The first step is to confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact before installation, and strictly check whether the dimensions of each part connected to the motor and the reducer match, here are the dimensions and matching tolerances of the positioning boss, input shaft and reducer groove of the motor. The second step is to unscrew the screws on the dust hole on the outside of the flange of the reducer, adjust the clamping ring of the PCS system to align the side hole with the dust hole, insert the hexagon and tighten it. After that, remove the motor shaft key. The third step is to connect the motor with the reducer naturally. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor is consistent, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the misalignment is inconsistent, it will cause the motor shaft to break or the reducer gear to wear. In addition, it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer during installation to prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging the bearings or gears. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the force bolts. Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer connection with gasoline or zinc sodium water. The aim is to ensure tightness and flexibility of the connection and to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. Before connecting the motor with the reducer, please make the motor shaft keyway perpendicular to the tightening bolt. In order to ensure uniform force, please first screw the mounting bolts in any diagonal position, but do not tighten them, then screw on the other two installation bolts in diagonal positions, and finally tighten the four mounting bolts one by one. Finally, tighten the force bolt. All tension bolts need to be fixed and checked with a torque wrench according to the indicated fixed torque data. The relevant data of the right-angle reducer is not exactly the same as that of the same type of linear reducer, so please pay attention to it. The correct installation between the reducer and the mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation between the reducer and the drive motor. The key is to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer is consistent with the shaft of the driven part.
